Return Policy

If your product is defective, you may return it for a refund, or an immediate replacement, subject to manufacturer/publisher restrictions. Returns of any item must be done within 15 Days from time of delivery. Before returning any item, you must contact our returns department via email within 15 days of your invoice date for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items that are received defective must be filed within 15 days of the item being received. Please open your package when it arrives to make sure everything arrived intact as soon as you can, so we can file a claim in time and send you a replacement right away.

Holiday items that are received defective must be filed within 3 days of receiving the defective items.

Note: Seasonal, sale, specialty, and custom personalized chef’s hat are excluded.
